A year ago we,Toronto Grandmothers Embrace of the Stephen Lewis Foundation Grandmothers Campaign, had our first ever online fundraising event: The Bob Dylan Story as presented by Dr Mike Daley.
Due to your tremendous support and exceedingly generous donations, it was our most successful event thus far having raised $12,000. We are now challenging ourselves, with your support to surpass our own success.
Fortunately for us all, Dr Mike Daley is once again our presenter. This time he will present, THE CAROLE KING STORY. The program will take place online Thursday November 4, 2021 at 7:30 P.M.(Eastern Daylight Time). This event will be Carole’s story as told by Mike. The music will be the actual recordings of Carole King. And then a live Q & A with Mike will follow.
As before this event is FREE on Eventbrite with REGISTRATION. Any and all DONATIONS are gratefully welcomed!
We are very excited about this program. All funds raised will go to support the Grandmothers and Grand-others in caring for their children and grandchildren affected by the HIV and AIDS pandemics and now further compounded by COVID-19.
We hope you will join us to make this another outstanding event for the grandmothers.
